While gardening today I saw two different wild spiders that I think were zebra spiders.

The first was hanging out on the door to my shed. A very small guy but I’m glad I was able to get a photo of them without my macro lens. You can see how big they are compared to the nail head.

There are a lot of insects flying around the garden so hopefully they are well fed.

The second one hid away when I took my phone out of my pocket but I did manage to see this which I think could be their hammock? They were on a gate that leads to our bins so they probably get well fed there too.

Speaking of well fed, Baby Godzilla started eating again these past couple of days so maybe they’re not quite in premolt. Hopefully they grow soon because I want them to go into the bigger enclosure since it’s much more exciting.
