Today I gave Baby Godzilla a little mealworm as a treat. I bought a small tub of them and picked out the smallest one I could find. To start with, I tried just putting the mealworm into the enclosure but it started to burrow into the substrate so I had to try something different. I settled on taking the top half of the enclosure (with Baby inside it) and placing it down on a big glass bowl, with the mealworm at the bottom.

Sorry about the slightly blurry picture but I didn’t have the macro lens on here. This is right as they caught the mealworm. You can see that their abdomen is a little bit skinny here.

Baby Godzilla and Homer Simpson, unsure which is which

Here is a picture of Baby Godzilla and Homer Simpsons side by side, it’s hard to tell which is which. This is near the end of the meal where you can see a much fatter abdomen. It took around 3 or 4 hours for Baby to finally finish the meal. Afterwards they went to their hammock for a nap. I would have probably done the same if I ate something bigger than me
